Prospects is a product created by Creative Technology NZ Ltd. Hereafter referred to as Prospects.

Prospects has been developed in good faith to help you by providing tools to assess your current and projected property investment position, and to analyse potential purchases of investment property.

We are NOT a property coaching, nor financial management service. However, if required, as necessary, or if asked we may provide or share our knowledge and experience with the sole aim to help others.

We recommend that before you purchase a property you seek professional and legal advice to satisfy yourself this purchase meets your needs, and of those who may have a financial or legal interest in the property.
Because Prospects is a set of online tools, it relies on you providing accurate information. The output information produced in Prospects is a guide, it is not a quote. Because of this Prospects, its directors, employees and associates are not liable for decisions you make, actions you take, or any profits/losses as a result of the use of Prospects. Prospects retains the right to change product features, functionality, pricing, and terms at any time.
Privacy policy
Prospects complies with the New Zealand Privacy Act 1993 (the Act) when dealing with personal information. Personal information is information about an identifiable individual. This policy sets out how we will collect, use, disclose and protect your personal information. This policy does not limit or exclude any of your rights under the Act. Changes to this policy
We may change this policy by uploading a revised policy onto the website. The change will apply from the date that we upload the revised policy.
We collect personal information about you from:

We will take reasonable steps to keep your personal information safe from loss, unauthorised activity, or other misuse.

Accessing and correcting your personal information
Subject to certain grounds for refusal set out in the Act, you have the right to access your readily retrievable personal information that we hold and to request a correction to your personal information. Before you exercise this right, we will need evidence to confirm that you are the individual to whom the personal information relates. In respect of a request for correction, if we think the correction is reasonable and we are reasonably able to change the personal information, we will make the correction. If we do not make the correction, we will take reasonable steps to note on the personal information that you requested the correction. If you want to exercise either of the above rights, email us at admin@prospects.app Your email should provide evidence of who you are and set out the details of your request (e.g. the personal information, or the correction, that you are requesting). We may charge you our reasonable costs of providing to you copies of your personal information or correcting that information.
Internet use
While we take reasonable steps to maintain secure internet connections, if you provide us with personal information over the internet, the provision of that information is at your own risk. If you follow a link on our website to another site, the owner of that site will have its own privacy policy relating to your personal information. We suggest you review that site’s privacy policy before you provide personal information.

Copyright
Prospects owns the copyright on all contents and material unless otherwise stated. This includes the name, logos, and products for Prospects. No material, content or images can be replicated without the consent of Prospects.
Security
We use a variety of security technologies and procedures to help protect your personal information from unauthorised access, use, or disclosure, such as encryption, passwords, and physical security. While we strive to protect your personal information, Prospects cannot ensure or warrant that the personal information or private communications you transmit to us will always remain private and you do so at your own risk.
Data encryption:
Prospects uses industry-standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to allow for encryption of potentially sensitive information.

Credit Card Information Security Policy
Prospects uses Stripe for its online credit card transactions. Stripe processes online credit card transactions securely for thousands of merchants globally, providing a safe and secure online payment service. Payments are process in real time. Prospects does not have access to your full card number. The credit card payment is secured by Stripe.

FREE Trial Promotion - Survey
The promotion started on the 17th May 2019. To be eligible a person must complete the Survey as part of the 14 day FREE Trial. If they do this they will go in the draw to win 1 years FREE subscription to Prospects PRO.
Each member who submits the survey will have this 'tagged' within the Prospect CRM to validate their entry. Only one entry per person.
The promotion will run through until 30th June 2019. Within 2 weeks from the end a number will be randomly drawn from the CRM. Within a week the winner will be advised by email. The winner will have 2 weeks to accept the prize. If not claimed by then no further draw will be completed.
If the recipient already has a subscription to Prospects then at the end of their subscription the next years period will roll over FREE of charge.
Prospects reserves the right to announce the winners details through media promotional material.
No further correspondence will be entered into.
